Picton Place Plan was developed to consider all key aspects of the town - from urban design, infrastructure, and the environment through to art and culture and liveability - to enable the town to plan for its future. The plan was developed through stakeholder and community input. The process was built around community engagement to understand the town's history and direction, particularly its role in the newly emerging Wilton Town Centre. Picton, like many places, was the subject of many studies and reports; our role was to bring them together into an action plan.
The project was developed in collaboration with ARTSCAPE.
