Jason deCaires Taylor’s Underwater Sculpture

with No Comments

Jason deCaires Taylor creates site specific underwater living sculptures. His sculptures in Mexico are both visual and practical as they function as artificial reefs, which attract marine wildlife and divert tourists from other environmentally sensitive reefs. Taylor’s sculptures are affected by their environment – they age and change in form, colour and texture. See http://www.underwatersculpture.com for more details of his work in locations as diverse as Grenada and Canterbury.
